OVERALL terrible experience A new crate has been shipped I will edit this if this reaches my front door on Wednesday couple with I am not working from home so no one will be in.I am very doubtful EDIT the package is being delivered today even tho Flo told me Wednesday, plans changed again. ![]() The twitter rep asked me if I took deliveries at this incorrect address surprisingly no as I don't live there, Twitter rep tells me this could take up to 2 DAYS to interview the driver, a useless customer service experience combined with the worst courier in the UK. I have only made 1 order with naked wines which can only be described as a complete disaster-the Wine was meant to arrive yesterday June 10th 2019 I worked from home expecting the delivery between 3pm and 5pm, The delivery driver from YODEL apparently delivers to my flat, which they don't I called Naked and spoke to FLO who was most unsympathetic for a customer service rep and tells me they need to interview the driver to find the missing package which could have been delivered to one of many retail stores.-I explain I need the wine by Wednesday or MONDAY when I scheduled it for- they tell me they will ask the driver to return to my flat that night hopefully (least they can do) LIES. ![]()
